We are proud to be a Prequal Organisation, and our commitment to contractor prequalification demonstrates our understanding of its significance. Being Prequal certified means that our health and safety policies, practices, and procedures have undergone independent assessment, ensuring their effectiveness. We prioritize maintaining up-to-date and verified insurance coverage, recognizing its importance in safeguarding our operations. We value the cooperative approach to contractor prequalification, understanding its value in fostering strong relationships with clients and other contractors. By completing the PREQUAL assessment, we meet the requirements of clients who prioritize working with certified contractors. The health and safety of our personnel is of paramount importance to us, and we are dedicated to taking the necessary measures to ensure their well-being. Doing the right thing is ingrained in our core values, and our commitment to ethical practices drives our actions every day.
RECYCLING
We are proud to support the Think Pink Revolution! As part of our commitment to sustainability, we proudly utilise Pink Bins for waste management.
Pink Bins, aligns with our Social Impact, Social Responsibility Strategy with the increasing concerns about the significant amount of waste being sent to landfills.
Pink Bins have their own recyling plant in Manukau enabling them to carefully handle and diligently sort through the waste, extracting all recyclable materials, which are then transported to various recycling centers. Our building sites recycle a wide range of materials where possible including:
- Timber (both treated and untreated)
- Gib board
- Scrap metal
- Cardboard
- Green waste
- Electrical waste
By effectively recycling these materials, we contribute to the preservation of our environment and promote sustainable practices. At Stronghold Group, we strive to make a positive impact by reducing waste and embracing a greener future.
APPRENTICESHIPS
Stronghold Group has established a valuable partnership with BCITO / Te Pukenga for apprenticeship training. BCITO is renowned for its expertise in delivering high-quality construction apprenticeships in New Zealand. INCREASING ACCESS
