At Stronghold Group, Quincy implements robust construction project management processes and ensures that every member of the team understands what is required for every build. He believes that great planning and processes make work easier and is dedicated to ensuring that your construction project runs on schedule.

In addition to his work at Stronghold Group, Quincy is committed to fostering the next generation of builders. He employs apprentice carpenters and previously taught practical carpentry skills to building apprentices at UNITEC. 

Quincy's love of the building industry extends beyond Auckland and originates from his multicultural background, with roots in Rarotonga, Niue, Papua New Guinea, and Tahiti.
